Amusé is French for amusement; it is the theme for our restaurant.  All the senses will be caressed by layers of causal elegance inside and outside under the shade of the olive trees and umbrellas. We plan on blending the comfort and casual nature of the local surroundings with a distinctive European flair.

As one enters the restaurant, passing a lions head fountain mounted onto a vine covered wall, gently shaded by well groomed olive trees the smell of the fresh baked scones and other breakfast breads will envelope the area. Open French doors allowing the interior of the space to mingle with the outside will give Amusé a distinctive European feel.  Guests may walk to the counter where an attractive young salesperson will direct their attention to the Menu, written in Calligraphy on a chalkboard above their heads.  The local art on the walls and oversized fresh floral arrangements will amuse the eye while the soft French music and pleasing scents will amuse the nose.

The well-trained staff is attentive and aware but not invasive.  Whether enjoying a fresh, simple meal at one of our tables or taking that meal to the office or home, the guests will feel as if they have just left a small part of France nestled here in Palm Springs.
