Projected open Date For Cafe Amuse

Thanks everyone for being so patient. As most of you know construction is never easy or on time..However we are very close..The new date is the day after Thanksgiving. I will open soft for about two weeks then have a grand opening. Everyone is invited…Please come join us at the opening of Cafe Amuse this Nov. We will love to see you all..

Formerly the Executive Chef of Culinary Adventure’s flagship French Bistro, “French 75″ in Laguna Beach. Also Sous Chef of Pinot Provance, The Ramos House and the Surf and Sand Hotel..Culinary Institute of America allum ‘96.. and apprentice to George Marone of Aqua, San Francisco..and Bradley Ogden, Celebrity Chef and Bay Area icon…Chef Rodrick is now bringing his experience and developing an upscale Breakfast and Lunch cafe,.. that blends delicate European products with the simplicity of American Breakfast and Lunch fare..
