Thanks everyone for being so patient. As most of you know construction is never easy or on time..However we are very close..The new date is the day after Thanksgiving. I will open soft for about two weeks then have a grand opening. Everyone is invited…Please come join us at the opening of Cafe Amuse this Nov. We will love to see you all..

Cafe Amuse the new restaurant venture from Orange County Chef Rodrick Wilker,.. has started construction..To all the Palm Springs Valley residents,… I invite all to track my progress by logging on to this blog..Cafe Amuse is Chef/ Owner Rodrick Wilker’s first restaurant..
